How We Began
In 1996, a 90-minute radio drama based on
Charles Dickens' A
Christmas Carol was
produced and aired as a Christmas special
with
great response from both stations
and listeners. It was followed in
1997 by two new original
dramatizations: Bonhoeffer — The Cost of
Freedom, a summer holiday
special, and The Legend of Squanto,
which aired in the fall.
Since then, production was begun on the
popular C.S. Lewis series The
Chronicles of Narnia. The first three
books of that series have now
been completed and released as audio
albums in the marketplace. Radio Theatre
has also begun airing weekly across the
United States.
